For the last 20 years Yanni has explored every opportunity to push the limits of Virtual Design for conceptual design, marketing, productivity, construction, estimating, simulation and sales. He has provided architectural services both in Europe and the United States, which has allowed him to manage multimillion-dollar projects, win awards and successfully satisfy employers and customers. Yanni has researched and developed tools related to manufactured homes production techniques, served as ARCHICAD project manager in Europe, the authorized reseller in Minnesota, the Dakotas and Wisconsin for several years and he managed the development of BIM technologies in Las Vegas, NV. Currently, Yanni manages the ArchiCAD Technical Support team, Product Development and BIM Implementation Services for GRAPHISOFT North America.
Philip D. Allsopp
D.Arch, RIBA, FRSA, CSBA, Chief Design Officer, Smart Pad Living, LLCAs Chief Design Officer of Smart Pad Living, LLC, (www.smartpadliving.com) Phil is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s product and environmental design and web presence and serves as the firm’s expert in the development and application of Building Information Modeling systems and technologies. Phil is Vice President of the Board of the Royal Institute of British Architects, USA, a Fellow of Britain’s Royal Society for the Arts and is a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor in the United States. Phil also serves as a Senior Sustainability Scientist and Adjunct professor at Arizona State University’s Global Institute of Sustainability (GIOS).
AIA - ShoegnomeJared Banks, AIA founded Shoegnome to promote the use of BIM in residential firms. He has written more than 750 articles and blog posts about BIM, ARCHICAD, and the relationship between the practice of architecture and technology. Since 2009, Jared has run 30+ BIM-related user groups and participated in various panel discussions on the topic. Jared joined the CRAN AG in 2015 with a primary goal of raising the technological awareness of his fellow residential practitioners.
Kitchen & Associates Architectural StaffTruman is a project architect with over five years of experience in architectural design, construction documentation and rendering. His working knowledge spans a variety of project typologies and building programs. In his early years at K&A, his focus was primarily on the documentation of Senior and Multi-Family Affordable Housing projects. More recently, Truman has taken on a more central role in the firm’s ever-expanding Student Housing studio.

As a talented young designer with an unmatched sensitivity to color, space and interior detailing, she has proven her ability to create environments that are both functional and aesthetically appropriate to their use and context.
Executive Vice President of T.U. Parks Construction CompanyArch Willingham is Executive Vice President of T.U. Parks Construction Company and has served the company in executive management, residential and commercial construction, residential development, residential and commercial remodeling, and information technology for nearly three decades. He is Chairman of the Board with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of East Tennessee and an adjunct professor with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he teaches construction estimating and Building Information Modeling. Willingham also serves as a city council member of Lookout Mountain, Ga., and is a liaison with the town’s Planning Commission.
